The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Army’s Medical Readiness Contract Office West, is conducting a sources sought notice for blood donor testing services in support of Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The requirement is for a contractor to provide all facilities, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies needed to perform blood donor testing on a cost-per-test basis, including standard screening panels and confirmatory tests. Testing must be performed at the contractor’s facility or within its laboratory network and comply with FDA regulations, with orders placed as needed for up to 13,000 donors annually under an anticipated one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Interested parties must submit a written capability statement by 21 May 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time by email to Sherina Ross or James Davis, and respondents must be registered in SAM.
