Beach Parking Lot Rehabilitation, Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is seeking small business vendors to rehabilitate the beach parking lot at Surry Mountain Lake in Surry, New Hampshire. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to resurface the approximately 96,800-square-foot parking lot with a minimum one-inch compacted depth of 3/4-inch Surepak ledgepack. This work must be completed to ensure uniform gradients across the lot and prevent water from pooling. The project has an estimated construction magnitude of between $25,000 and $100,000 and is set aside entirely for small businesses with an active SAM.gov registration.
