The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, is seeking Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises interested in appraisal and valuation services. The work is for market value appraisals of 10 individual tracts of allotted land in Oklahoma held in trust for Native American landowners, focused on fee simple or fee simple-surface only estates. The appraisals must conform to USPAP, applicable federal regulations in 25 CFR Part 150.2, and the detailed Statement of Work, including use of the Sales Comparison Approach. This is a market research effort only, and responses are due by May 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST with company information, UEI, CAGE Code, point of contact, business size or category, and a capability statement limited to four pages.
