The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is seeking to procure a manual remote operator. The contractor must manufacture and deliver a remote manual operator in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7384912, Part Number A3, which contains non-metallic materials satisfying NAVSEA toxicity and flammability requirements. Because this item will be used in a crucial shipboard system, it is designated as a Special Emphasis Level I/Scope of Certification (LI-SOC) item requiring strict material traceability, quantitative chemical and mechanical certifications, and potential First Article Testing. Offers will be evaluated considering past performance, and final delivery of the material is required on or before 365 days after the contract's effective date.
