The Indian Health Service (IHS) requires a dedicated 300 Mbps symmetric Ethernet circuit for its White Earth Health Center in Ogema, MN. Market research indicates Paul Bunyan Communications is the only provider with existing infrastructure capable of meeting these requirements without significant delays or construction.
