ClaimsCore Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), is seeking proposals for the ClaimsCore program, aimed at modernizing Medicare Fee-for-Service claims processing by replacing outdated legacy systems with a flexible, interoperable Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The procurement involves a two-phase evaluation process, where Phase One focuses on corporate experience in high-volume cloud-based claims processing, and Phase Two assesses the Performance Work Statement, past performance, pricing, and compliance with Section 508. This initiative is critical for improving beneficiary experience, reducing provider burden, and enhancing fraud prevention capabilities within the Medicare system. Interested offerors must submit their Phase One proposals by March 13, 2026, and direct any inquiries to Contract Specialist Lauren Holsey at Lauren.Holsey@cms.hhs.gov or Contracting Officer Candace Straker at Candace.Straker@cms.hhs.gov by March 6, 2026.
