Water Scooper Multiple Award IDIQ

The USDA Forest Service is seeking multiple-award IDIQ contracts for water scooper aircraft services to support wildfire response. The work calls for contractor-operated and maintained turbine-powered, multi-engine, amphibious, fixed-wing water scooping aircraft. The aircraft must have full or interim Interagency Airtanker Board approval as a multi-engine water scooper, and the services are intended for initial attack and extended attack of wildland fires. This is a total small business set-aside presolicitation with performance in Boise, Idaho, and the Forest Service expects to issue the solicitation in about 15 days.
