REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - Exploring Innovative Design and Construction Methodologies with Korean Industry

The Department of Defense, Department of the Army, USACE Far East District, is issuing this Request for Information to conduct market research on innovative design and construction methodologies with the Korean industry. Respondents are asked to provide information on their capabilities and experience using non-traditional procurement methods like Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build to Budget, and Other Transaction Authority, as well as industrialized construction techniques. The primary objective is to identify successful design, engineering, and construction practices in South Korea that can help the agency improve project timelines and control costs. Responses must be submitted in English in PDF format, limited to seven pages, and emailed to CT-BOBranch@usace.army.mil by September 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM Korean Standard Time.
