The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey, is seeking a Human Resource Service Management (HRSM) software-as-a-service solution to modernize and streamline HR operations for the Veterans Health Administration. The work centers on a next-generation HRSM platform that supports talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR service desk functions, case management, reporting and analytics, onboarding, recruitment, and candidate management. Key requirements include FedRAMP authorization, integration with VA systems, AI-enabled tools, strong data security, and compliance with federal record retention and accessibility standards, with the draft performance structure describing a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and fourteen optional tasks for up to 60 months. This is a Sources Sought/RFI for planning purposes, the project is currently on hold pending internal review of viability and internal performance options, and responses were due April 16, 2026.
