The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala, on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking to procure four prefabricated modular steel detention housing units. The contractor is responsible for the engineering, design, fabrication, and delivery of the two-person, maximum-security units, which must include detention-grade bunks, sanitation fixtures, secure writing surfaces, doors, and utility interfaces. All units must be delivered to a designated freight-forwarding facility in Miami, Florida within 30 calendar days of contract award and include a one-year warranty. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal.
