The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Colorado Army National Guard, is seeking quotes for cold weather alpine combat boots to support an upcoming exercise. The contractor must supply 140 pairs of Scarpa Inverno (black) boots, or equivalent models that feature a waterproof plastic outer shell, a removable high-altitude liner, a fully rigid platform, and automatic crampon compatibility. To meet the technical requirements, the boots must be delivered in specific quantities across sizes 9 through 11 to Camp George West in Golden, Colorado, by January 5, 2027. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside that will result in a firm-fixed-price award based on price and technical acceptability.
