Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Defense Health Agency, on behalf of the OPMED WRPBH PMO and Medical Prototype Development Laboratory, is conducting market research for an upgrade to its existing OMAX waterjet system. The work covers brand-name OMAX components and related support needed to convert the current system to a 55100/30V configuration, including the abrasivejet table, solids removal system, laminar settling system, controller upgrade, motorized Z-axis, water-level control, abrasive delivery, garnet abrasive, software, onsite assembly and verification, training, and warranty. The components must be compatible with the existing OMAX EnduroMax Pump Waterjet System and water chiller, with performance in Maryland, and the notice identifies Phillips Corporation Federal Division as the only known distributor. Capability statements and pricing are due by 2:00 PM Eastern on June 4, 2026, submitted by email only as a Word or PDF attachment to both listed contacts, with responses limited to three pages and a 10-point font minimum; include a GSA contract number if applicable.
