Defense Logistics Agency Energy, within the Department of Defense, is seeking an 8(a) contractor for government-owned, contractor-operated fuel storage services at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. The work covers bulk fuel storage, retail service station support, aircraft fuel services, and full fuels management, including receiving, storing, transferring, issuing, accounting for, and maintaining DWWCF-owned petroleum products. The contractor will also maintain facilities, systems, vehicles, and equipment; provide qualified personnel and vehicles; and comply with environmental, safety, and security requirements while supporting base operations, exercises, deployments, and other contingencies. The government anticipates a firm fixed-price contract with a four-year base period, one five-year option, and a possible six-month extension, with the solicitation expected in December 2025 and closing about 45 days after posting on SAM.gov for firms registered in SAM and PIEE.
