    Solicitation Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE - DEPT OF THE NAVY - PACFLT Training Support Vessel (P-TSV) Solicitation

    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy, is seeking to procure up to two existing Offshore Supply Vessels (OSVs) and convert them into training support vessels known as the Pacific Training Support Vessel (P-TSV).
