The U.S. Coast Guard, through SFLC Procurement Branch 3, is seeking an 8(a) competed IDIQ contract for maintenance and overhaul of the 32-foot Transportable Port Security Boat and its trailer. The work includes operational tests and inspections, comprehensive maintenance and repair, and refurbishment or repair of items such as the hull, transom, fuel tank, limber holes, bilge, trailer, dashboard, and welding, with optional engine and sterndrive replacement or servicing. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, use OEM parts, follow quality assurance requirements, and coordinate with government representatives at Curtis Bay, Maryland; award evaluation will be based on highest technically rated with a fair and reasonable price, considering technical understanding, recent and relevant past performance, and price reasonableness.
