The Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia, is seeking to procure one structural aluminum panel under National Stock Number 7R-1560-017355842-E7. This procurement requires the delivery of a flight-critical component, reference number 123GSR6-303, to be shipped FOB Origin. Because this item requires engineering source approval to maintain quality, the government intends to negotiate with only previously approved sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
