NASA’s Shared Services Center is seeking a service contract for Thermo chromatograph-mass spectrometer systems in support of the Astrobiology Analytical Lab at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The work covers annual service for Q-Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometers and Vanquish Horizon UHPLC and Ultimate 3000 RSLCnano peripherals, including performance maintenance, corrective maintenance for the Q-Exactive Orbitrap, wear parts replacement, and provision of genuine manufacturer-quality parts and PM kits. The contractor must be Thermo Electron certified, and the services are to be performed on-site at GSFC in Building 34, rooms C174, C176, and C178; NASA also intends to award the requirement as a sole source to THERMO ELECTRON NORTH AMERICA LLC. Interested organizations may submit capabilities by April 6, 2026, and the planned period of performance is April 13, 2026 through April 12, 2027.
