FY26_CollegeSource Transfer Evaluation System (TES) - INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Air University (AU), a center for U.S. Air Force and Space Force education, requires a subscription to a nation-wide college catalog database. This web-based service will provide AU's Registrar Office, CCAF, and Eaker Center's Civilian Associate Degree Program (up to 50 employees) with access to current and archived college catalogs from virtually every U.S. and non-U.S. institution, dating back to at least 1995. This subscription, covering December 3, 2025, to December 2, 2030, is deemed mission-critical due to CollegeSource, Inc.'s unique position as the sole provider of current and archived collegiate institution catalogs on a national scale. The database offers access to over 177,000 college catalogs and 171 million course descriptions, with search features for accredited U.S. colleges, supporting various academic and administrative functions. This procurement falls under FAR 6.302-1 and will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
