59--ANTENNA ASSEMBLY, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is seeking to procure the repair and modification of four antenna assemblies under National Stock Number 7H-5985-015596343. This sole-source effort requires the contractor to perform repairs on the antenna assemblies with delivery designated as FOB Origin. Because the government does not own the technical data or rights required to contract with additional sources, the Navy intends to negotiate exclusively with the original source under FAR 6.302-1.
