NAWCAD WOLF Intent to Sole Source Power Supply Assembly for AN/SYY-1

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Crystal Group for a power supply assembly. The main deliverables under this procurement are ten units of a 250W AC Power Supply Assembly, manufacturer part number PSA-00659-03, required for the AN/SYY-1 system. Deliveries must be made FOB Destination to Saint Inigoes, Maryland, on or before January 29, 2027, and any participating vendor must provide an official Letter of Authorization signed by Crystal Group proving they are an authorized distributor. Although planned as a sole source, the government will consider capability statements from interested parties to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
