The Department of Defense’s CDAO Enterprise Autonomy Division is seeking advanced data labeling solutions through the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace to support the development and fielding of AI and autonomous systems. The work focuses on curating and labeling multimodal imagery, especially EO/IR imagery and full-motion video, for training, validating, and testing computer vision algorithms used in autonomous platforms. Desired capabilities include labels for weather and lighting conditions, sensor characteristics, object environment, dimensions, pose and orientation, segmentation, occlusion, and semantic segmentation, with solutions able to operate on a government-owned IL5 network and provide COCO-style JSON outputs or an alternative approach. Submissions must be made as a Special Topic Submission under the CDAO Data Labeling Special Topic area, with video titles starting with “CDAO ADL:”, and responses are being collected through June 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST, after which compliant submissions will be assessed beginning June 10, 2026.
