Priority Dispatch ProQA Software License Renewal

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, is soliciting a renewal for a software maintenance agreement. The contractor will provide a Platinum Level One Plan Maintenance Package for the Priority Dispatch ProQA software application, which includes license renewals, 24/7 technical support, emergency medical dispatch certifications and re-certifications, and specialized training. The scope of work covers a base year and four optional years for the Commander, Navy Region Hawaii located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. While the Navy intends to negotiate this requirement as a sole source procurement with Priority Dispatch Corporation, all responsible sources may submit quotes to be evaluated on price and responsibility. Electronic quotes must be submitted to Beverly Suzuki at beverly.a.suzuki.civ@us.navy.mil by August 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM HST, with any questions due by August 10, 2026.
