The U.S. Coast Guard, Base Charleston, is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for underwater hull cleaning and reporting services for USCGC Anvil in Charleston, South Carolina. The work covers removal of marine fouling and inspection/documentation of the hull, sea chests, overboard fittings, transducers, speed logs, propellers, and rudders, with deliverables including digital photo or video documentation and a written report of as-found and post-cleaning conditions. The effort calls for certified dive teams, manual and mechanical cleaning, and 4,000-psi pressure washing of propellers and rudders, with an acceptable technical proposal required and award evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable terms.
