The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy Port of Spain, is seeking a contractor to provide Marine Security Guard Detachment cook services at the embassy in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The work covers full food service support for about eight Marine Security Guards, including menu planning, food sourcing assistance, meal preparation and service, kitchen sanitation, and food safety compliance. Services are expected five days per week with limited weekend dinner support, and the contractor must provide management, supervision, labor, administrative, transportation, and logistical support while complying with host nation laws and applicable food handling standards. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, and award will be made on best value considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
