The National Gallery of Art is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for entrance, passage, and security doors at its Washington, DC campus. The work covers manual exterior entry doors, interior and exterior doors with automatic openers and ADA buttons, oversize glass sliding doors, overhead high-speed and security/fire roll-up doors, and interior pocket-style fire doors. The contractor must furnish labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and management for preventive maintenance, adjusting, lubricating, repair, testing, inspection, and operational checks, and the proposed award is a multi-year contract to a single contractor.
