Maintenance of HVAC & BMS System

The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Embassy in Nicosia is seeking quotations for maintenance of the HVAC and BMS system in Cyprus. The work is for a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods, and the award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. Performance is planned for Engomi, Lefkosía, Cyprus, with a pre-proposal conference to be included in the solicitation and SAM registration required before proposal submission. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2026, and offers must be mailed to the contracting office and emailed to NicosiaContracting@state.gov, with email submissions kept under 15 MB per message.
