REPAIR TAXIWAY A, Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Option) both Unfunded
Contract Opportunity Analysis
ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, acting on behalf of the Department of the Air Force at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma, is requesting quotes for the repair of Taxiway A under a combined synopsis/solicitation. The work is divided into Phase 1 and an optional Phase 2 and includes concrete pavement removal and replacement, panel demolition and repair, full- and partial-depth repairs, joint seal removal and replacement, base and subbase reconstruction, earthwork, geotextile installation where needed, striping, low-profile barriers, and turf or sod restoration. The project must follow the attached specifications and drawings and is constrained by airfield operational and safety requirements, with much of the work scheduled during non-daylight or no-flying periods and on Saturdays, holidays, or other restricted windows; Phase 1 has a 180-calendar-day period of performance and Phase 2 a 455-calendar-day period. Both phases are currently unfunded, quotes are due electronically to Betty Kliewer by June 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST, questions are due by June 15, 2026, quotes must remain valid through October 31, 2026, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
