The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe and Africa is conducting market research to identify domestic manufacturers of 220-Volt / 50-Hertz power tools to support OCONUS operations in Europe. The government requires commercial-off-the-shelf power tools that operate natively on the European power grid without the use of external voltage transformers or frequency converters. Respondents must provide technical specifications verifying their tools support 220V–240V alternating current at 50Hz and confirm whether these products are manufactured, produced, or assembled in the United States.
