The Indian Health Service, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract for 24/7 Nurse Advice Line Services for the Western Oregon Service Unit in Salem, Oregon. The work requires a dedicated toll-free nurse advice line that provides continuous triage support for eligible beneficiaries, with monthly reporting and secure encounter documentation. The contractor must use U.S. state-licensed registered nurses, evidence-based triage protocols, HIPAA-compliant handling, and culturally sensitive service, and performance is expected from a contractor-controlled location supporting the Chemawa Indian Health Center. The solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act and evaluates technical capability and staffing, past performance, and price, with the base period running June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 and four one-year option periods available.
