FY26 Charleston Harbor Lower Harbor Maintenance Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, W074 Endist Charleston, is planning a firm-fixed-price contract for FY26 Charleston Harbor Lower Harbor maintenance dredging. The work covers maintenance dredging of about 3,298,000 cubic yards of unclassified material, with an optional additional 1,180,000 cubic yards, and placement of the dredged material at the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site. The project is located in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina, and will require compliance with the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act; the estimated magnitude is between $25 million and $40 million.
