FY26 Charleston Harbor Lower Harbor Maintenance Dredging

The Department of the Army, US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District, is seeking contractors for the FY26 Charleston Harbor Lower Harbor Maintenance Dredging project. The primary scope of work involves the maintenance dredging of approximately 4,287,000 cubic yards of unclassified material for the base requirement, with an option for an additional 350,000 cubic yards. All dredged material must be deposited into the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site, and the contractor must comply with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act. The work will take place in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina, under NAICS code 237990.
