The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is seeking market information for emergency management and continuity of operations support services to update its COOP plan and program and bring it into compliance with the 2024 Federal Continuity Directives. The anticipated work calls for a project manager and COOP subject matter experts to perform gap analyses, validate Mission Essential Functions, complete business process and impact analyses, revise the COOP plan structure, and develop a Training, Testing, and Exercise program, along with transition and quality control plans and related reports. Performance is expected primarily at USPTO Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, with an estimated base period from July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and the effort calls for qualified personnel at the Public Trust level.
