Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking a commercially available online global patent database subscription to support its Security Features Division's currency security mission. The selected contractor must provide a research platform that supports at least one concurrent user session, offers unlimited search capabilities, and includes features for analyzing, visualizing, translating, and organizing international patent literature. The procurement is structured as a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, and proposals will be evaluated using a best-value tradeoff process focusing on Technical Capability and Price.
