Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Dataminr, Inc. to procure software licenses and support for its proprietary First Alert Advanced real-time, AI-powered intelligence platform. Deliverables include 50 base individual-use licenses and up to 21 optional licenses to consolidate and upgrade the government's existing software posture into a single unified vehicle. The platform introduces advanced capabilities like tactical predictive intelligence, agentic corroboration and context across public sources, and anomalous airplane transponder signal tracking. Performance will occur in Washington, D.C., with a structure consisting of a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years.
