The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide preventive maintenance services for three York chillers and four Baltimore Aircoil cooling towers located at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL) in Princeton, NJ. The contractor will be responsible for conducting monthly inspections and annual preventive maintenance, which includes checks on refrigerant levels, lubrication, and cleaning of condenser tubes, as well as providing emergency services with a two-hour response time, 24/7. This maintenance is crucial for ensuring optimal operating conditions of HVAC systems within a federal facility, reflecting the importance of compliance and efficiency in government operations.
