Establish BPA setup - Shipping logistics & Freight services

The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait is issuing a Special Notice to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for shipping logistics and freight services. The BPA, which functions akin to a charge account, aims to streamline procurement processes by pre-establishing terms, enabling the government to order services without requiring separate purchase orders. The BPA may involve local vendors providing a range of logistics services, including transportation, customs brokerage, and supply chain support, with a possible performance period of up to five years and a total estimated value not exceeding $250,000. Individual orders will generally be limited to $10,000 unless approved otherwise. While this notice is for market research purposes and does not involve an active solicitation, interested vendors are encouraged to submit capability statements to demonstrate their qualifications by the deadline of August 9, 2025. Submissions must be in English and include specific business information, such as company details and relevant licenses, to be considered compliant.
