The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Alexandria Veterans Healthcare Systems in Alexandria, LA, has issued a Sources Sought Notice (36C25626Q0415) to identify potential vendors for Air Emission Testing of three backup generators. This is not a solicitation but a market research effort to define procurement strategy. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing and demonstrate their capability to provide all labor, parts, equipment, and management for non-personal services as detailed in the attached Scope of Work. The contractor must be LELAP certified, develop air test protocols, and conduct stack testing for various contaminants, including NOx, CO, and VOC, in compliance with federal, state, and city regulations.
