The National Institutes of Health, through NIAID, is pursuing a sole-source service agreement to maintain a clinical Philips Ingenia Elition 3.0T MRI scanner for the Molecular Imaging Branch in Bethesda, Maryland. The work covers preventive, remedial, and repair services, along with all required parts, labor, materials, reports, and related support to keep the scanner in good working condition. It is intended to support ongoing clinical research patient scanning and requires OEM-level service, proprietary parts and certified engineers, and escorted access to the MIB facility; the performance period is a 12-month base term with three 12-month option periods from May 2026 through May 2030. The estimated value is $829,670.40, and interested firms may submit capability statements within 15 days of publication while the Government plans to award within 30 days of the notice.
