The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is seeking a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contractor to provide warehouse restroom renovation services in New Orleans. The work includes demolition of existing fixtures and finishes and installation of plumbing fixtures, ventilation systems, minor electrical components, restroom accessories, painting, and other incidental work needed to deliver a complete functional restroom. The project will be performed in an occupied government facility at 7400 Leake Ave. and must be coordinated to minimize disruption, with a 45-calendar-day period of performance from notice to proceed. Quotes are due June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Time, questions are due May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Time, submissions must be emailed and virus-free, quotes must remain valid for 60 days, and offerors must be registered in SAM.
