The Department of Defense, through the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), is seeking a contractor to provide onsite technical services for troubleshooting and operationally testing AC Plant #1 and #2 onboard a submarine. The primary objective of this procurement is to ensure that the Navy's surface ships and submarines remain "Fit to Fight" by delivering essential maintenance and repair services. This contract will be awarded as a sole source to Johnson Controls, Inc., with a performance period anticipated from November 3, 2025, to December 24, 2025. Interested firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their quotes by October 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. HST, via email to the designated contacts, Sarah Chang and Reid Saito.
