Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, is seeking a contractor to replace a chiller unit servicing the Medical/Command and Administration buildings at USCG Base Portsmouth in Virginia. The selected contractor must safely disconnect, decommission, and remove the existing 60-ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller, and then procure, install, integrate, and commission a brand-new, equivalent or superior 60-ton packaged air-cooled liquid chiller. Work must be completed within 90 working days of contract award during normal business hours, and personnel must undergo pre-vetting security clearances at least five days prior to starting work.
