66--INDICATOR,TORQUE ME - AND OTHER REPLACEMENT PARTS

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is seeking to procure torque indicators and other replacement parts. The contract requires the delivery of eight units of NSN 1R-6620-014973744-KF, reference number 23066427, with FOB Origin delivery terms. Because this item is flight critical and the Government lacks the sufficient technical data to support full and open competition, only previously approved sources are currently eligible for award. Unapproved sources must submit a comprehensive source approval request alongside their proposal, although the Navy intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties must submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the publication of this presolicitation notice to Alainna M.
