The Department of Health and Human Services, through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and specifically the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), is seeking qualified contractors to provide a 12-month maintenance service agreement for various Leica microscopes and lasers utilized by its Division of Intramural Research (DIR). The primary objective of this procurement is to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime of essential research equipment, which is critical for advancing scientific discoveries related to infectious and immunologic diseases. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive service plans that include preventative maintenance, rapid response repair services, unlimited phone support, and necessary parts for repairs, all conducted by factory-trained technicians.
