LGA Powerhouse Controls Room Upgrade & Annunciation

The U.S. Army Engineer District, Walla Walla, part of the Department of Defense and Department of the Army, is seeking a contractor for the Little Goose Powerhouse Controls Room Upgrade and Annunciation project at Little Goose Dam in Washington. The work calls for electrical equipment, components, wiring, and related refurbishment to support operation, monitoring, and control of the powerhouse, including upgrades to annunciation and SER systems, station service, digital SCC, S-Boards, and control room improvements. The project includes installing PLCs, HMIs, new panels and wiring, and associated demo and replacement work, with on-site performance required to follow EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and contractor quality control and safety program submittals.
