Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security, through the Office of Procurement Operations and its Information Technology Acquisition Center, is seeking information to plan a future Network Cyber and Cloud Support 2.0 contract for the DHS Network Operations and Security Center. The work would cover network, system, cloud, and cybersecurity support, including continuous monitoring, incident response, network infrastructure operations and maintenance, field engineering, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and program management support. DHS is looking for industry input on staffing models, the mix of junior and journeyman personnel, the use of traditional and agentic AI tools, surge support, and personnel security needs such as TS/SCI-cleared onsite staff, with performance tied to NOSC facilities in the National Capital Region, Bluemont, Virginia, Mississippi, and Arizona and a planned base period plus option periods starting August 1, 2026.
