The USDA Forest Service Job Corps Acquisition Management has issued a solicitation to secure professional clinician support services for the Cass Job Corps Conservation Center in Ozark, Arkansas. The contractor must provide a Registered Nurse for 2,080 hours, a Center Mental Health Counselor for 2,080 hours, and a Drug/Alcohol Abuse Counselor for 1,040 hours to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to students. All personnel must hold active, unrestricted state licenses, pass background checks, meet professional liability insurance requirements, and adhere to Department of Labor and Job Corps guidelines. This total small business set-aside contract features a 12-month base period running from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and will be evaluated using a Best Value Tradeoff process where technical capability is more important than price.
