Contract Opportunity Analysis
The FDA’s Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support Services is seeking executive parking services to provide supplemental parking for personnel conducting business at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building in Washington, D.C. The work calls for 25 covered, non-reserved parking spaces in a single facility within 0.4 miles of the building, along with access cards or FOBs for designated users. The parking facility must support 24/7 electronically controlled access, ADA accessibility, and security measures such as adequate lighting, secure entry and exit, and onsite staff during normal business hours, under a firm-fixed-price arrangement for a base year and four option years from September 2026 through August 2031. Offerors must submit separate technical and business/price quotes by June 15, 2026, and invoicing will be electronic through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform.
