Synopsis - Vision Correction Assembly

The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal intends to issue a solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of the Vision Correction Assembly under NSN 4240-01-631-8044 and Part Number 5-1-4208. The selected contractor must manufacture these non-commercial items in accordance with a government-owned Technical Data Package, with deliverables including First Article Testing, Production Lot Testing, and other Contract Data Requirements. This procurement will be competed as a single-award, five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract evaluated on the best price using Sealed Bidding procedures under FAR Part 14. To gain access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package, interested offerors must possess a current DD Form 2345 certification.
