The Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office, is seeking a small-business contractor to provide phone system maintenance and support services for the Lockport Health Center in Lockport, New York. The work covers the Mitel MiVoice Business phone system and related components, including PBX support, MiCollab, MiContact Center, IP phones, licensing, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, call routing, preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring, documentation, and annual staff training. The contract is structured as a one-year base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods, and the services must support 24/7 remote and on-site response while complying with HHS IT security, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and HIPAA requirements.
