The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is seeking qualified small businesses to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for HVAC services at the Olmsted Lock and Dam in Olmsted, Illinois. The selected contractor will perform comprehensive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs for 21 high-capacity commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including LG Electronics and iAIRE systems. Key requirements include a same-day emergency response time of under four hours and technician expertise with Lynxspring JENEsys Controllers, Lenze SMVector VFDs, and Rawal APR capacity controls. Prime contractors must self-perform at least 50% of the work and demonstrate experience managing concurrent operations for at least ten commercial HVAC units on contracts valued at $50,000 annually.
