NGA Police Vehicle Upfits
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Office of Force Protection is seeking police vehicle upfit services to support its operations, Tactical Response Team, and K9 vehicles. The work includes providing all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, components, equipment, supervision, and management needed to complete the upfits for vehicles serving the Springfield, Virginia, and St. Louis, Missouri sites. Upfits are to be performed at the contractor’s facilities and must meet detailed installation standards for emergency lighting, sirens, communications, prisoner transport, K9 containment, weapon storage, and other specialized tactical equipment, with similar items acceptable when they meet or exceed required reliability and functionality. NGA plans to solicit and award up to three Basic Ordering Agreements under full and open competition, and the request for proposals is expected to be posted on or about April 20, 2026.
